My Goals for 2013

Hi everyone I hope you are all having a great healthy day. Today I am doing a blog post on the goals that I have set myself for 2013 and once again I must apologise for how late this blog post is being posted. If you having been reading my Crohn's Quine diary entries then you will know that I have been having a few health problems but never mine about that at the moment lets get onto the goals that I have set. 


1) To raise more awareness about Crohn's disease

2) To go to London

3) To meet some of my fellow Crohn's suffer's that I have met on Twitter

4) To start going out of the house 2-3 times a week

5) To cook at least once a week

6) To take up jewellery making

7) Start playing badminton again

8) To at least have one horse riding lesson


So that is the eight goals that I have set myself for this year. I always think it is important to set yourself it doesn't even matter if they are really small ones. The reason why I set myself goals is, I would just sit and vegetate and withdraw from the outside world if I didn't.

I really hope you all enjoyed this blog post. I will be doing another one at the end of the year to tell you if I managed to stick to my goals.
