IBD in the news
Hello everyone, I hope you have all been having a lovely day. Today I thought I would do an IBD in the news blog post seeing as I haven't done one for over a month and a half. You are probably able to guess by the title what this blog post is about but if you are not sure then here is a super quick explanation. In this blog post I will be sharing links to articles that are about Crohn's or Colitis, see I told you it would be a super duper quick explanation.
Since the beginning of the year there has been a few articles on how two antibiotics could be causing Crohn's Disease.

There is so many articles on how certain types of food can reduce inflammation in people with Crohn's disease. The latest article I have seen on this matter is how omega 3 fatty acids could help reduce inflammation.
