My Crohnie Diet
Hi everyone I hope you have all had a good day. I was orginally going to post My Crohnie Diet - Solid Food Diet but I thought I should maybe put this post up explaining a couple of things.
If you read my upcoming blog posts you will have noticed that I had said I will be doing posts on my solid food diet, my pureed diet and my liquid diet, the reason for is I have an oesophageal stricture which restricts what I am able to eat. Now you may notice in these upcoming blog posts that some types of food are missing and the reason for is they do not agree with my stomach, I am currently unable to eat fish, chocolate, cream, full fat milk and ice-cream.
The final thing that I am going to say is, just because I can eat these foods does not mean everyone with Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis can eat the same foods as I eat. When it come's to diet and IBD everybodys diet is different because some of us can eat certain foods that other IBD suffers cannot.
If you have any questions about my diet or anything else to do with Crohn's Diease please feel free to ask, you can contact me on Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr.
