Hi everyone I hope you all had a healthy weekend. Today's post is my Crohn's Quine Diary entries for

So I didn’t write yesterday because I was feeling really depressed which is the first time in a while, but thankfully it only lasted on day. Yesterday I got a phone call from the community dietitian and she is coming to see me on the 20th September, they are thinking about changing my PEG feed to something else because I keep losing weight but personally I don’t really think it will make any difference. I don’t think I would lose the weight if I had a normal bowel but I don’t have a normal bowel, I have no large bowel and I am missing part of my small bowel.
Now if you read my blog post from Monday the 3rd of September you will know that I set myself two goals and they were to go out of the house twice and cook two meals for everyone, well all I can say is it was a massive fail. Out of all those goals I only managed to go out of the house once, so here’s the goals that I have set myself for this week….

The first thing I must do is apologize for the lack of diary entires, I normally try to write at least 3-4 diary entries but this week I have had a massive fail.
So the last day that I wrote a diary entry was Tuesday, I didn’t do very much on the the Wednesday and Thursday but Friday and Saturday were busy days for me. On Friday I had to look after the little sis who had a day off and I promised I would watch Harry Potter with her, I normally do baking with her but this time she just wanted to watch a dvd, so that meant Friday morning was pretty quiet but the afternoon and evening were pretty busy. In the afternoon I went and got my hair cut (the first time in a year) and then I went to get some passport photos taken because the evening course that I am taking want every student to submit a passport photo. On Friday evening I went to the shopping centre to get the 3 final travel items that I was needing and I also got two pairs of jeggings from Vero Moda because the jeggings that I currently are all to big for me.
Now onto the weekend. Saturday was a 6am start, I really hate early morning’s especially if I don’t enough sleep but nowadays have learnt how to cope better with mornings and that is you look everything out the night before and that way I don’t get so stressed out the following morning. The place that I was going to was Inverness to watch Aberdeen FC play Inverness Caledonian Thistle which is the first ever away game that I have been to but unfortunately Aberdeen did not win the game. So after a six hour round trip I was exhausted and sore but I still had a great day out and the weather was good so that was even better.
Sunday has been one of the worse day’s that I have had in a long time, because I had slept for 16 hours, which was much needed, I had so much horrible thick saliva built up in my oesophagus and because of the oesophageal stricture that I have the saliva would not go past the stricture which meant that I spend 4 hours bring up the disgusting stuff. Thankfully after I had brought up the stuff I was able to drink because normally when I get this problem the oesophagus becomes irritated and swells shuts, so after the problems I had this afternoon this evening has been about getting as much fluid in as I can to try and get myself hydrated again.
