My Current Meds: July 2013
Hi everyone, I hope you have all had an amazing day. Seeing it is over a year since I did my first current medication post (the link to my previous post - My current meds 2012). I thought I would to an updated one. To be honest it hasn't changed that much but I really want to try and start doing these blog post at least once a year, so lets get started.
So that is all the medication I take on a regular basis. I really hope you found this post interesting and thank you for taking the time to read it.
- Perative 1 litre - In my last meds post I was on 500ml every night when I couldn't eat but the dietican made the decision that I should be on a 1 litre of feed because when I was on 500ml I was losing too much weight.
- Paracetamol - Over the past year I have had to increase my dose of paracetamol because my stomach and oesophageal pain has become worse.
- Dihydrocodeine - As like the paracetamol I have had to increase how much Dihydrocodeine I normally take 1-2 tablets a day.
- Citalopram - In the summer of last year I had to have the dose of my citalopram put up from 20mg to 30mg because my depression got worse. I am currently waiting for referral to see a psychologist because my GP can do nothing more for me.
- Propranolol - I was put on these at the beginning of the year because my anxiety was becoming so bad that I was hardly going out of the house and I also had to cancel hospital appointments because of how bad the anxiety was.
- Ondansetron - Over the past month I have been suffering from bad sickness so I started to take these anti-sickness tablets. The sickness is normally at it's worst in the morning so I normally just take one tablet after I get up in the morning.
- Losec mups (omeprazole) - I forgot to include the tablets in this photograph. I have cut these down from 20mg twice a day to 20mg once away because my acid reflux has not been as bad.
So that is all the medication I take on a regular basis. I really hope you found this post interesting and thank you for taking the time to read it.
