30th October
Well today and yesterday were really bad days. Yesterday I had a massive meltdown, everything just became to much, I had really sore teeth and I choked myself when I was eating. I know alot of people will think that I was stupid for having a meltdown over choking myself and having sore teeth but it’s okay for them they don’t have to put up with all the things I do but at least tommorow will be a good day.
Today I am grateful for…

So yesterday I had a brilliant day apart from a having a bit of toothache but I did not let it ruin my day. As you will all know yesterday was Halloween so I went round to a friends house and carved my first ever pumpkin, 24 years old and I had never carved a pumpkin. After carving the pumpkin I cooked my healthy pork kebabs for everyone and I managed to eat them as well, normally I feel so uncomfortable and anxious about eating in a different environment and in front of people but I managed and I am so proud of myself for being able to face my fear.
Today wasn’t as good as yesterday but it could have been worse, I had to go back to the dentist again. :-( Unfortunately it wasn’t good news, my dentist told me that I have to get 3 teeth pulled out but he doesn’t want to do it so that’s means I have to be referred to the Maxillofacial department at the hospital. I completely understand why he doesn’t want to pull them out though with all the health problems that I have, if I really think about it having it done at the hospital is probably safer.

So far this weekend has been brilliant. Yesterday I went to Glasgow to see the American Idiot musical and it was absolutely amazing, it is the best musical I have ever seen but it is really no suprise because Billie Joe Armstrong is so talented, I would love really to go and see it again. Yesterday was also two weeks since my oesophageal dilation and I am still able to eat solid food, normally by this time I can hardly eat anything, maybe things are finally changing.
Today was an early start because we had to be back home by 12pm so we could pick up Snowball from the cattery. It was also my sister’s 23 birthday today and I did the most stupid thing, I gave her her card and then realised I had forgot to write in it, I don’t think I have ever done anything so stupid.
