Short About Me

I am 29 years old, I have had Crohn's Disease for 18 years, an ostomy and dysphagia for 8 years. I am currently being fed through a tube that goes directly because of a 15cm stricture that I have in my oesophagus stop me from eating solid food. As well as having all these physical health problems I am also battling with depression and anxiety.
